Do we both need to pay?
No. One of you subscribes, and Eterna Plus opens for you both.
Is there a free trial?
Book 1 is free, with all 50 of its Chapters. You can see how Eterna works before you pay anything.
What happens if we stop paying?
Everything you already opened stays yours: every Section, Reveal and Record. You can still read Our Story. New Books stay closed until you subscribe again.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn’t refund the current period, and deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Can we get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple. If a purchase is refunded, the Books it opened close again. Nothing you or your partner wrote is deleted.
What does the AI read?
Only your answers and first names, from a Section or a part of My Manual that you’ve both finished, and only while your AI switch is on. They’re sent to OpenAI to write the insight, and OpenAI doesn’t train on them. You can turn the switch off together in Settings. The Privacy Policy has the details.
What if we unpair?
The plan stays with the partner who paid, and it comes with them if they pair again. The other partner keeps everything already opened.
Can I buy Eterna Plus on this website?
No. You buy it in the app, through the App Store.
